In issue #4 of mous we wanted to focus on the fleeting moments that we, as individuals, all experience. Sometimes they make us lose faith in ourselves or others, and sometimes they restore it.

Weather it’s a  racial slur spat from the mouth of an acquaintance , a caption on a photo, a heated whisper, the flick of a tongue on the nape of your neck, a  piece of unwarranted career advice or a kind gesture from a sibling - these are the moments  that shape us.

So in Issue 4 we’ve honed in on conversations and stories about the moments that inform perspective, personality and  practice.

Sometimes these moments are quiet and seemingly insignificant but on reflection it becomes clear that even the smallest droplet can cause a ripple.
